  Save your time. We wasted just about 2 weeks with Scott. He was unresponsive to multiple texts and then explained it was due to his email server being down. (??) He wouldn't take a call we were trying to schedule because he had bowling league. He offered to speak abstractly to us once from dinner while waiting for his food, even though we had specific questions to our deal which weren't in front of him. He sent over an estimate with incorrect information, no street address and the wrong city even after we were under contract. He was evasive and had no options for us as first time home buyers other than the one he was pushing.
  
  His boss Kyle called to try to salvage the deal once we'd gone with another broker. He promised to rectify it and get us additional options by the following day. Guess what? No call. This seems to be a trend for the company. I did get a call several days later offering a new option that apparently materialized out of thin air. (Where was this option when Scott was working with us?) I declined. I would not trust them unless you have extensive understanding in the process, aren't relying on them to be knowledgeable or helpful, and aren't bothered by subpar customer service.
